About the role

The Business Systems & Processes team is the linking pin between the business and IT. The team links with end user community, Site Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, Logistics, IT and other organizations, to support and improve the business fulfilment process. The team provides operational & tactical support to the supply chain, governs corporate masterdata, and drives the global SCM infrastructure programs and operational excellence projects as defined in the roadmap.

 

The S&P Director is responsible to support and drive the definition and execution of the SCM Roadmap and ensures sustainable performance of the S&P team in the following areas: drive continuous process improvement,

identify business requirement and liaise with IT to realize technical solutions, drive efficiency through standardization and automation of business processes, ensure masterdata integrity, and provide 1line support to end-users, including training.

 

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Systems & Processes consultants, B2B Experts, Reporting Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business Process Experts
  • Develop and sponsor business transformation opportunities, leveraging digital technologies including Advanced Analytics, Robotic Process Automation and Industry IoT
  • Set up PM and Continuous improvement Competence center for the SCM organization, overseeing and developing the SCM portfolio – ensuring alignment on strategic direction vertically and horizontally, driving methodology and standards.
  • Collect requirements from Businesses, Suppliers and external Customers on future system and process improvements
  • Act as the SCM IT Demand Manager to CIO/IT organisation for IT related process and system enhancements and changes
  • Provide best class solutions for all SCM related business processes
  • Act as Chairman for SCM process change control boards
  • Set up and maintain 1st line support organization for SCM community

 

What you will need

  • Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (master's degree, MBA, PhD, etc.) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent qualification
  • Lean / Six Sigma at least green-belt level
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a business environment
  • Multiple years’ experience in managing complex projects
  • Multiple years’ experience in managing teams of high educated members working in a complex environment
  • Experience in Semiconductor industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain Management and at least 10 + years of hands-on experience in Supply chain / Operations
  • Experience with ERP and/or planning systems (SAP S/4 HANA, JDA i2, or other APS solutions like Blueyondr, Kinaxis, SAP IBP etc.)
  • Proven project management competencies (e.g. PMI, Prince II)
  • Proven track record in driving Operational Excellence via Lean principles
  • Ability to understand data and interpret the business impact.
  • Structured problem solver who possesses a strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to dive into problems and data to find actionable solutions
  • Knowledge or exposure to digital and advanced analytics topics and trends – preferably gained in supply chain planning and operations
  • Proven people management skills with larger teams
